You’ll also get a better sense of what it takes to become a Heat Wave instructor, what we look for throughout the audition and hiring process, and the standards, style, and level of commitment our training asks of you. Selected candidates will train in the Heat Wave method, building the presence, consistency, and skill to lead a strong class at Heat Wave.

After auditions, we will make selections for our in-house teacher training program. This training is designed for selected candidates build confidence in teaching the Heat Wave method. Whether you’re a seasoned instructor or starting your journey here, this training will give you all the skills you need to join the schedule. This training is required to teach at Heat Wave.
