Studio Concierge

Heat Wave Studios is looking for a Studio Concierge who brings warmth, reliability, and positive energy to every shift. If you love people, wellness, and creating meaningful experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

APPLY

  • Hours:

    •  Daytime shifts (approx 8-10 hours per week)

    •  Flexible schedule

    •  Must be available some weekends and evenings as needed

    • Availability to fill in shifts when needed



    Pay:

    • $16.50/hour



    Responsibilities Include:

    •  Welcoming and checking in members and guests

    •  Assisting first-time visitors and giving quick studio tours

    •  Setting up and cleaning up before/after classes

    •  Keeping front desk and retail area clean and organized

    •  Supporting instructors and studio operations

    •  Daily tasks and responsibilities will be assigned each shift



    What We’re Looking For:

    •  Friendly, positive attitude

    •  Reliable and punctual

    •  Comfortable talking with people

    •  Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    • Must be able to work some weekends and evenings



    For Minors (Under 18):

    •  A valid school work permit is required (California compliance)
