    Do I need to take heated classes?

    Not at all. We offer both infrared heated and non-heated classes so you can choose what feels best for your body.

    What should I bring to an infrared class?

    • Water (hydration is key)
    • A towel (we also offer concierge towel service)
    • Comfortable, breathable clothing

    Is infrared heat safe?

    Infrared heat is generally safe for most people when used responsibly. However, it’s important to listen to your body, stay hydrated, and take breaks as needed.

  • If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are sensitive to heat, we recommend consulting with your physician before taking a heated class. Please listen to your body and step out of the room at any time if needed.

  • How do I book a class?
    You can book through our website or on the Walla app.

    The schedule is released every 7 days. Members receive early booking access.

    • WAVE: 7 days in advance

    • BLISS: 6 hours early

    How does the waitlist work?
    If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added to class and notified by email.

  • Our waitlist moves right up until class begins, and you may be added to class at any time if a spot opens. If you join the waitlist, please be prepared to attend.

    If your plans change, remove yourself from the waitlist at least 2 hours before class — or as soon as you know you can’t make it — so the next person has time to plan. We often have members come into the studio hoping to get into class, so keeping your status updated helps ensure spots go to those who are ready to attend.

    If you’re added to class from the waitlist and don’t attend, standard late cancel ($25) and no-show ($35) fees apply.

  • There is a free parking garage located at 1100 Pearl St, Napa, CA 94559. There is also ample free street parking around First Street.

  • Do I need to bring my own mat and towel?
    You’re welcome to bring your own, but we also offer:
    • Mat rentals
    • Mat towel rentals
    • Hand towel rentals

    All available at the front desk before class.

    Do members get towel service?
    Yes. The WAVE (All Access) Members receive full mat + towel concierge. Everything is set up for you before class - just grab your preferred props.

  • Do you have water?
    Yes — we offer complimentary filtered water and premium canned beverages for purchase.

    Do you offer cold towels?
    Absolutely. Every student is welcome to a refreshing cold towel after class.

    What products do you offer in the studio?

    • We provide clean luxury soap and lotion for hands, body, face, and bath. From our partners at Fork & Melon.

    • Please help yourself to a face wipe after class from our partners at Recess. RECESS bacteria fighting face wipes help kill germs, remove dead skin cells, sweat + pollution while nourishing + conditioning skin.

  • Class Experience

    Are the classes heated?
    We offer both heated and non-heated formats. The schedule will note which classes are warm or hot.

    What should I bring?
    A mat, towel, and water are ideal. If you don’t have them — no worries, we rent everything.

    What should I wear?
    Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move and sweat in. Grip socks are optional, but not necessary.

    Are your classes beginner-friendly?
    Yes. Every class is designed for all levels, and you can take modifications at any time. Move at your own pace.

  • What memberships do you offer?
    We offer both unlimited monthly memberships and limited monthly class packs (4- or 8-class options), designed to support different schedules and practice styles.

    Where can I explore all membership options?
    You can view every membership and plan — including prices and benefits — on our Memberships page.

    Is there a commitment?
    Yes. All memberships require an initial 3-month commitment. After that, your plan automatically shifts to a flexible month-to-month membership.

    Do memberships include perks?
    Yes. All memberships include early booking access and Book-a-Spot to secure your preferred mat. Unlimited memberships also come with additional perks such as guest passes, member events, and concierge mat/towel service (for Wave members).

    Do members get discounts?
    Members receive early access to special events, occasional partner perks, and additional studio-exclusive benefits throughout the year.
